Scheduled Job Action - Tier Expiration
Typically, a Member's current Tier status for a Tier Scheme is calculated whenever the platform records an Activity (of any type) for that Member. The Tier Expiration Action lets you calculate Members' Tier status based on a schedule, even for Members that haven't performed an Activity. The best practice recommendation is to run a Tier Expiration Scheduled Job once daily.
This Action has the following parameters:

All Members: Select Yes to evaluate all Members. Select No to specify one or more Members to evaluate.

Members: If you selected No above, search for and select the desired Member. Repeat this step as needed to add additional Members.

All Schemes: Select Yes to evaluate all Tier Schemes in your Loyalty account. Select No to specify one or more Tier Schemes to evaluate.

Schemes: If you selected No above, search for and select the desired Tier Scheme. Repeat this step as needed to add additional Tier Schemes.
This Action type does not support the use of custom parameters.
